3. Successful change is rooted to two things: Having a good, viable, realistic plan on how you are going to go about it and proper execution. At this point a heavy sprinkling of will power (which will wain) wouldn’t hurt.

As for me, I stopped making New Years Resolutions years ago and devoted my life is to the concept of Kaizen (Constant and never-ending improvement). I had hoped to debut a new Dreams Girl this week but she didn’t make it pass the interview. She looked good on paper but I knew things were not going to work 30 seconds after meeting her. First off she was late, second she “needed a beer” in order to relax so we could talk. Ahhh hello ding dong, this is a JOB Interview !!! That may fly with other Agencies but you just lost major points with me. Then she tried to bond with me through sympathy about how bad her life is. At no time did she accept any accountability for her decisions. Can we say “victim mentality”. Ok is there something in the water in the greater Harrisburg PA and Hagerstown MD areas ? How do you employers put up with this crap ?

Fifteen minutes after sitting down I stood up thanked her for coming shook her hand and I left. I’ve been in this business for about 15 years all-together and I know the markers of a winner and someone who is too invested in the habits of a failure. I only work with winners. Quality not quantity..

You guys are SMART and special to me !! Even if some guys call you all “stupid” because you don’t want to get jerked around on X number of dates for maybe the “chance” of having your needs met. Of course then you have to hope she’s not some psycho stalker who doesn’t get the concept of “Thank you” you can leave now.
