Successful change is rooted to two things: Having a good, viable, realistic plan on how you are going to go about it and proper execution. At this point a heavy sprinkling of will power (which will wain) wouldn’t hurt.

As for me, I stopped making New Years Resolutions years ago and devoted my life is to the concept of Kaizen (Constant and never-ending improvement).
