Wow where did the year go ?

Many of you gentlemen and ladies know, you can only neglect the core spirit of who and what you are for so long. Sooner or later not having a real personal life catches up with you. How many of you have said this… ” just one more project and I’ll take a vacation” ?

I LOVE what I do, don’t get me wrong. I LOVE the women who CHOOSE to work with me. You have no idea how often I’ll turn down a call. Ninety five percent of the time it is because the time frame is not conducive to the associate who a: best fits the needs of the client b: can best enhance the clients reputation and c: represent MY business in the best possible light.

How many of you small business owners can relate to the latter raise your hand ?

Well… all of you who raised your hand, you’re Dreams / Divine Companions / Fantasys! kind of people and we need to continue doing business and you belong with us. Those of you who don’t have a clue what I’m talking about…. hummm well.. no so much.

My associates feel SAFE with them ( which translates to better service), I feel more confident about them as people and I’m more inclined to watch out for client as well.
