Social Class matters !
Once upon a time I had a writing professor who said never begin an essay with a cliché. Too bad I didn’t listen huh ?

When a client engages a provider that is not within his social class he runs a significant risk of having a less than satisfactory experience. Each social class has it own series of unwritten expectations, beliefs systems, social graces and experiences unique to that group.
